Adventures in living in a house for 2 to 4 people Ideally located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, come and relax in this lovely, bright vacation home with its enclosed garden and terrace. The 55 m² house is well-equipped and very comfortable. It comprises: On the ground floor: \- A fully equipped kitchen; \- A living room and dining room; \- A separate toilet; \- A terrace. Upstairs: \- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a large fitted closet with a small desk for working in peace; \- A crib is available. \- A bathroom with a washing machine and dryer; The terrace and enclosed garden provide safe play areas for children and relaxation areas for adults. At your disposal during your stay: washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, television, barbecue, Internet/Wi-Fi, baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, potty, and baby dishes), hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. All linens are provided, including bed linen, towels, and tea towels. Beds are made upon your arrival. Energy costs (electricity and water) are included, for reasonable consumption. So that you can enjoy our beautiful region, a cleaning fee of €80 is offered, payable in cash upon arrival. If you do not wish to use this option, a detailed list of cleaning items and cleaning supplies will be provided: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, dish soap, sponges, cleaning products, and window cleaner.
