(433 reviews) The property is pretty and has a nice view from the back. I was disappointed with the fact that I booked at a higher cost a higher category of a room, but I have no balcony no terrace and I have the view of the gym stairs. I asked to be moved, but there was no other availability And there was only one of the room, but that also had a poor view. If I would’ve gotten one of the smaller rooms, I would’ve had a balcony which I found strange. I also found a very inconvenient that the Wi-Fi was very poor so it was very difficult to communicate. Also, when I would communicate with the Concierge via WhatsApp, it was very difficult to get direct help. I was always receiving numbers to other services which I had to call myself which defeats the purpose of having a concierge. Good at bar and drinks were good. Gym is good. Free breakfast is also a positive.
