Nocfond is at a dead end on the edge of the woods, leaning against pedestrian paths. For those who love unspoiled nature, beautiful trees and calm, this rustic and comfortable country house with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, accommodates group and families with children. During the warm period, the solognal farmhouse stays cool inside, and you can enjoy shaded areas or full sun. On the ground floor; a living room of 25 m² with its wood stove, very nice for warm evenings of autumn or winter. For more comfort, and from 9 visitors, a second spacious living room of 70 m² with a large wood stove is proposed 20 m from the cottage in the owner's house. Un bain nordique très agréable entouré par la nature. Un BBQ de compétition avec un super espace pour prendre l’apéro sur des rondins de bois à côté du BBQ. Nous allons en garder un merveilleux souvenir. La maison est top, chacun son intimité avec 4 grandes chambres, salle de bain et toilette indépendant. Un petit micro-ondes serait top. Le gîte est simple mais très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées de salles de bain et toilettes, très pratique lorsque l'on est nombreux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bain nordique, super sympa et très relaxant. Jean-Michel est très accueillant et prévenant. Nous recommandons sans problème. ##### Isabelle L.
