Bit of a slope though on the way walking back.Clean, bright, and homey. If you arrive at night, if you're facing the garage, the studio is on your left behind a wood fence and door with a latch. I am mobility impaired and the unit worked well with these caveats: a small step down into the courtyard and a small step up into the dining area, close quarters in the kitchen for a walker…but doable. Just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, the neighborhood is lovely, with flower gardens galore. The bed is super comfortable and sheets are silky.
