Comfort at budget
The accomodation is beyond expectation for a 2-3 star rated hotels. Welcome drink & cold towel were so inviting. Room is spacious & tidy, though it would be nicer if chairs could be provided. Pillows are comfy, but it could be better if more pillows could be provided per room. Tumbs up for the room is cleaned nicely & free drinking water & coffee / tea/ sugar/ soap/ shampoo are topped up everyday. No kettle provided in the room (need to request if needed), however, they have hot/cold water filter equipped at the corridor & thermos jug is provided, so you can refill whenever needed. Same goes to iron, it is provided at the corridor, so need to share within the same floor. Chenang beach is quite far for walking, so it is advisable to have car/motobike/taxi if want to go there, but the distance componsates for the ambience. The area is less noisy, less busy & more peaceful. There is paddy field at the back of the hotel & it gives extra green view. If you are looking for budget stay & you prefer quiet environment, this would be worth your spending

Salsa your way to this resort
It’s amazingly good and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfy, and an extra cute small pillow which I didn’t expect at all. The back view is very calming and I love it. Reminds me of my own kampung whenever I see it. Parking space is the best, which is why I chose to stay here compared to cenang area. Didn’t manage to stay long as my flight is in the morning but would love to go back again.

I did inform the operator from expedia about adding luggage check in service upon returning back to langkawi. Was surprise that i had to pay 115MYR when we wanted to check in our luggage when returning back to singapore. I had no spare cash. Fortunately my wife had and she paid for me. Really troublesome. In addition, during the first day, I was told to deposit RM50 for hotel check in and RM22 for government tax service. RM50 was return upon checking out. But what happen to the RM22??

Room not as expected.
The room is very much smaller than expected. Given the choice to choose king or queen beds. Chosen king but only have queen after checking with the service desk. Lightings of the room is insufficient and pretty dim. Price paid for is not worth it.

It is a great experience.The parking spaces are limited. I'm not sure whether will be adequate during peak seasons. The receptionist seems to don't know much about the area when I asked her about any recommendations of food around there, but she's nice and friendly. The place is quiet and comfortable. However, there is no security guards. I don't recommend ladies who travel alone to stay there because during late night, no one is at the lobby, not even some one at the reception counter. Anyone could just enter the resort. The room door can't be latched. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner cleans our room and changes our towels everyday. No bath tubs and no fan, but air conditioned. Astro channels are limited with Malay channels. No chair in the room.

Check-in took a bit delay due to payment. Didn't accept credit card payment due to the payment device issue. The staffs there were kind. Very reasonable price. Room is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. They had a broken phone in the room, unable to make am emergency call to the receptionist.

The first time we enter the room, the floor were dirty. There are some spot which is wet. The smell of the room is horrible. Not much tv channel which is kind of boring. There a lot of things to improve for this hotel. Last but not least, the shower is terrible.

Recommended Hotel
Overall for service quite good. Friendly staff especially Mr Wan. Bathroom need improvement. Need drive if you are plan to Cenang beach. The most satisfied is the room and towel is clean and changed everyday. TV Channel need improvement as well.

Location: Not within walking distance to anywhere. 15 mins car ride to arrive at Pantai Cenang. Hotel condition: It looks new but the room is small. Room amenities: There is only one power socket in the whole room. No mini bar, kettle, jug and cups in the room. Suggestion: Improve on room amenities

Upon our arrival, no-one offered to help us with all our luggage. Reception staff were friendly but no more than usual, they weren't very talkative. We got given our room key and they pointed to the lift. We weren't shown to rooms, procedures weren't explained. Upon arriving into our room, there was a lizard running across the walls. We asked to move rooms which the hotel allowed, however, the second room also had a lizard in residence. At this point we felt embarrassed asking to move room again but not once did they apologise. We got a kettle and toilet roll from downstairs for free at reception upon request. The rooms are spacious but the facilities available are poor; no fridge to keep the drinks cold, only the one plug socket per room, television is solely catered for Malaysian guests and no information pack on how to contact reception/ring out on the telephone. Certain aspects like these could have all been explained by staff, had they escorted us to our rooms.The air-con in the room was shockingly weak, we had to get a spare room key which stayed in the electricity slot all day as this was the only way we could get the room cool. It wasn't until our third day at the hotel, when after returning from a day trip we realised we apparently weren't eligible for anymore water in the rooms??! wifi connection was weak and often lose signal

Great new and clean stay
Great stay, clean and friendly helpful staff. The hotel itself is quite far from the beach, burning you don't mind walking 20 minutes it's good. Cleaning everyday and a new bottle of water everyday. Allover a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to someone who is going to Langkawi.

It's near to the cenang beach so it's a convenient stay
