A car was not needed. The only complaint was that the duvet was not changed. I found a piece of dried food stuck to the duvet and a stain with it. It would be nice if they had a storeroom for luggage in the event that people had a later flight like us. I tried to fight it and even had a Hotels.com agent try to step in, but no result. The hotel is also strange about listing all kinds of penalties for damages or missing things. The hotel leaves you on edge with their nonsense.
