Dommage qu'il ne soit pas au centre ville.
L'hotel est excentre de la ville ce qui necessite un peu de marche a pieds pour faire ses courses. L'hotel bien qu'etant en travaux reste calme et sans nuisance. Petit dejeuner correct et chambre spacieuse.

Nice hotel but a bit far
The room was big, staff was OK, breakfast was pretty good, the hotel was in general really clean. But it is far from most of the activities/restaurants. Ok if you want to be close the harbour (if coming by ferry), but if not, most of the fun is near Cenang beach, which is a 30-45 minutes taxi run from the hotel.

Bonne adresse mais un peu à l'écart.
Accueil chaleureux, (pensez à la caution de 100 RM à l'arrivée) l'hôtel est situé à l'écart du centre-ville, mais pas trop loin du centre commercial. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. On regrettera une télévision sans chaîne internationale et un ménage superficiel dans la salle de bain. Côté petit déjeuner, le buffet est somptueux. Une bonne adresse.

Il y a mieux il y a pire
Vue de l'extérieur cela fait plutôt vieux, une fois a l'intérieur l'esprit typique est mis en avant ce qui n'était pas pour nous déplaire, mais lors de notre installation on a pu constaté de la poussière sous et sur les meubles comme s'il n'avait pas était loué depuis quelques semaines. La chambre est plutôt grande et agréable, nous étions au 7eme étage la vue est sympa sur la mer. Concernant le service on serait d'avis de le qualifié de médiocre, en effet le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas de qualité, sans goût et même les fruits avaient un goût de sel. On ne la donc plus repris a l'hôtel. Le service en chambre déplorable en effet il n'y avait pas de serviettes et ma femme était sous la douche j'ai donc contacter la réception et on me les a apporté plus d'une demi plus tard en ayant fait plusieurs relances. La voiture ou un scooter demeure indispensable pour les déplacements . Sinon Langkawi c'est le top !!!

Suite à notre récent passage dans cet hôtel au mois de janvier 2014... Belle photo de l'hôtel prise de nuit, ca cache bien les défauts... Toute petite piscine ridicule... si vous y aller pour la piscine, ca ne vaut pas le coup... - Réveil des clients à 7.30 du matin, ils sonnent à la porte des chambres, passent avec un haut parleur... nous pensions qu'il y avait le feu dans l'hôtel... non, c'était tout simplement pour faire les chambres... (!!!)... inutile de dire que le petit panneau que l'on accroche à la porte ' do not disturb' ne sert strictement à rien. - Salle du petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyante, ils nettoient ou rangent les assiettes, couverts... dans la salle, dans un bruit épouvantable... - Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée durant 3 jours, pas de changements de serviettes, de drap, pas de pq, etc...

Très très mauvaise j'y suis rester à peine 30 minutes et cacher 2nuits a 170€, car j'ai du réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel dans l'heure qui à suivie.

particulièrement déçus par différents points: -aucun effort de la part de la réception pour comprendre le fait que nous ne souhaitions pas laisser l'empreinte de notre carte bleue sous prétexte qu'ils n'avaient pas reçu la confirmation de notre réservation (aucune envie de prendre le risque de payer deux fois) -des travaux dans l'hôtel et une certaine nuisance sonore -petit déjeuner très frugal -quelque peu éloigné de tout mais superbe vue des chambres

hotel agreable dans l'ensemble. Etat des moquettes moyen, odeur moyenne. Par contre le petit dejeuner n'est pas bon avec un café très mauvais. Wifi fonctionne mais vous devez etre patient. Zone commerciale à proximité de l'hotel avec des cafés excellents.

God beliggenhed og god pris.
Dejligt hotel til rimelige priser. Venligt personale. Stor morgen Buffet. Fik værelse med altan på øverste etage (9 sal) med flot udsigt over havnen og solopgang. Ren og pæn swimmingpool med køligt vand. Hotellet ligger 10min. gang fra havnen og byen. Ingen badestrande i Kuah, man skal køre 25min. til Chenang strand. Man er afhængig af bil/motorcykel, da der ikke er lokale busser på Langkawi, kun Taxi’er.

Staff very helpful,friendly ,professional and very efficient. Room large, very comfortable awesome views,,shower good, booked for 2 nights,stayed for 4 but would have extended but had to leave due to own travel itinerary. We are mature couple,loved room 720, and would highly recommend Pool was clean, nice size, plenty of seating around and towels available 15 minute walk into centre of town, not a great deal but lots of duty free items.plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices. Hired a scooter to go round island, roads good. Ferry port a 15 minute walk from hotel or pay 5myr for a taxi Ferry to Thailand very easy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall not bad, but a bit ordinary.
The rooms have to re-paint again ( a bit old ) and the amenities have to include the toothbrush, cotton buds and extra toilet roll. The smallest 2 bottles water in room were not enough, should give a bigger bottles. Many switch socket out of order. No bellboy in the hotel.

Great value, happy stay in Kuah
Choose the room with the big balcony facing the ocean! It’s lovely. Otherwise the standard one is ok too, well-ventilated and bright. Downside is there were some ants in both rooms we tried so a thorough look into this matter will be nice. Friendly staff, decent breakfast (although salad bar can be better), small pool but good for us both at low season. 10 min walk to a mall and Wednesday night market.

Rent the room with big balcony you won’t regret it
We started with one night at this hotel and ended up many cos of the friendly staff and good breakfast (the salad bar and coffee can be better). We changed to the bigger room with a nice balcony facing the ocean and it was absolutely great. Pool is small but sufficient for two of us during low season. One problem was the ants crawling around the balcony/ exterior wall and sometimes they came inside...a thorough looking into this matter will help. Overall good location in Kuah (10 min walk to a small shopping mall and to a night market) and reasonably priced for this quality.

the pool has a nice cozy area to sit on. location is not far from the airport. breakfast was good. along from bellman did a wonderful job in welcoming us and has a positive attitude. desk staff was accommodating and housekeeping too.

The front desk staffs are friendly which made the check in very smooth. Our requests for connecting room was granted. However the room is a bit old although renovated. There is no shaving kit available so bring your own. The bed is ok & the condition is generally clean. The breakfast is good with western & local variety. There are cakes & cream puffs served! The pool is small but is ok for kids. The gym room equipments a lot of not functioning. Overall is value for money 👌

I can say the best hotel I ever stay in Langkawi. The hotel is clean and facilities are in good condition. Good hotel to stay for both leisure or work purposes. Extra point for a great view from the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Varsities choice of breakfast.

Checking in was no problem. They accomodated an earlier check in around 120pm. The room was a bit unclean and my wife was quite surprised the hotel used blue colored towels. The sea view from our seaview room was barely visible on the super small outdoor patio. We asked the front desk for assistance on a rental car, which was delayed by over an hour (not sure if front desk or rental agency responsible for the delay). Free overnight parking for the rental car was a plus. Overall, the place is good for budget conscious solo or couples travelers. No luxuries here.

ランカウイショッピングモール、Billion マーケットが徒歩5分ほどにあり、Jetiまででも徒歩15分ほど。運動不足解消には歩いても良い距離でありとても便利なロケーションでした。 客室はレノベーションされていてきれい、ロビーやレストランもきれいでこの料金としては良いホテルだと思いました。一つ残念なのが寝るときに布団カバーや枕、クッションの人臭がとても気になったことです。

Not a bad look location,some staff are very helpful some just want to play with there phone.room service needs to be done quicker having your room cleaned at 4pm is rediculous.oceanview rooms need to be looked at as our room flooded twice.breakfast is nice but not food is always cold.also tried to hit me up with more tax when we checked out,we payed this at the start it was added into total when we checked in !
