The quality of the hotel and room matches its 3-star rating. Location is also great, close to shops, restaurants and beach. However, my room is cockroach infested. I see little cockroaches in the bathroom, on the table, pretty much everywhere. This is unacceptable. Also, despite advertising that on-site parking is included, the spaces are actually quite limited and first come first served. If you are unable to find a parking spot designated to the hotel, you will have to pay the city via app for the parking fees.

This is really run down

The hotel is completely run down , bathroom plumbing fixtures were broken and leaking on the floor and mould was present . Bath towels had holes in them the restaurant offered breakfast , but very limited options, so we went and bought breakfast every day locally . The only thing this hotel had going for it was the location .

Super Lage, direkt gegenüber von Cenang Beach. Dort gibt es viele Läden und Restaurants. Da es ein muslimisches Hotel ist, wird jeden Morgen in der früh über Lautsprecher im Flur gebetet, was man in den Zimmern gehört hat.

The only value for hotel is location, just opposite of the beach and Chenang Mall nearby. Room, bed & shower not clean, no air dryer provided. Breakfast is very limited and not taste good.

The hotel's breakfast was extremely poor. The quality and variation of the food was below average. There was no brush and toothpaste provided. We have never been to a hotel that is 3-star and above that does not provide facilities for dental cleaning. A 3-star hotel should also provide a fridge. And just to make it clear, we are never coming back.

a lot of carpark space at the back of the hotel and excellent location to the beach. Buffet Breakfast is worst and no good food on the plate. No hot water for shower and the wash room is smelly. Guest room door is poor is terms of safty and sound proof. Only one chair in a double bed guest room and you need to sit on the bed.

Despite many bitter reviews, this hotel is honestly more than what I asked for, especially for the price. Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, perfect location 👌 even though wifi was slow and they don’t provide toothbrushes but everything else is a 10/10. The location is perfect, parking lot behind, beach infront, mall and duty free on both sides. I’m so glad that this hotel is my pick

Great food. View from hotel was fantastic. Reasonable pricing although slightly expensive, Hotel staff went extra mile by delivering my friend keys when we reached the airport which he left at the hotel. Would come back, just hope they keep up the good work.

Only location is good. Long dark and warm corridor. Big and bed smelling room lack of convenience, safety deposit box, refrigerator, armchair. Ther is only one plastic chair in the room. Big Slippery bathroom without drapery. After the shower bathroom floor became full of water. Breakfast was not good. Stayed for four nights and they did not change the bedding. Lack of toiletries. Each time called for toilet paper. It says 3 stars hotel but I think it is a one star hotel. I would never go again and no recommond to the ohter.

This is place is just ok If you book the room Expedia shows, they shove you in the back of the building by the parking lot. Rooms are fine, but hallways look like the basement of an office building. Doors slam and it echos down the hall. Elevators are super slow and couldn't find the stairs. Worst thing is you have to log into the wifi again every time you come and go from the hotel, even if you leave your computer in your room. Quite annoying. Probably a good value for the beach area, but not a huge fan of this place
