Excellent experience

Everything was amazing about this hotel. The breakfast although same every day but was very nice with options of eggs breads salmon desserts and cereals. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The only down was no AC and the lack of kettle and fridge in the room. Apart from that great hotel.

Great hotel in Langenthal Switzerland

Awesome hotel! Great service, very clean, comfortable room and great dining options. The location is incredibly convenient if you require a hotel in the Langenthal / Herzogenbuchsee region. For Americans, this is an environmentally friendly hotel...no air conditioning...large windows and ask for a fan for the room if you prefer the cooling airflow. The room is very large and comfortable for two people. Spacious bathroom! Near the elevator, they have a coffee & water station (still & sparking options). I've stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed a lovely breakfast & lunch. Not yet for dinner but the menu looks great! Downtown Langenthal is about a 1 mile walk away and has many shopping & dining options. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The location is quite good as it's just a short drive to Langenthal centre where there is shops and restaurants. The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. This had placed it so it appeared to cover the width of the bed but was too short to cover my myself from head to foot. I turned the cover around the correct way but this didn't then cover all the bed. I was there alone on business, so I managed for a few nights. The pillows are really bad!

Top Hotel/Restaurant! Team sehr höflich!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Von außen sieht das Hotel unscheinbar aus, aber innen ein Traum. Top Ausstattung! Der große Kamin im Winter bestimmt herrlich, die Terrasse im Sommer ein Traum. Das Personal war von Anhieb super freundlich, professionell und sehr humorvoll. Das hatte meinen anstrengenden Tag aufgelockert. Das Hotel und das Restaurant sind exklusiv, lecker, und die Zimmer als auch die Terrasse einen Besuch wert. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, denn es war eines der besten Hotels in der Schweiz/Region. Das Essen war so vorzüglich. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, im Gegenteil. Es war, als ob man sich schon immer kannte in diesem Hotel, und alle Wünsche wurden einem erfüllt bzw von den Augen abgelesen. Auch wenn man hier kein Zimmer bekommen sollte, lohnt sich der Besuch im Restaurant!

Die Zimmer waren großzügig. Frühstück wahr sehr gut. Allerdings frage ich mich wie ein Hotel an 4 Sterne kommt, wo ein Klimagerät im Raum stand mit der Abluft durchs Fenster. Das waren Höllenmaschienen, aber wir waren froh, so konnten wir am Tag die Temperatur runterhalten und nachts in einem sehr gutem Bett schlafen. Was uns weiterhin für ein 4 Sternehotel fehlt, waren ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Steckdosen am Bett.

Lage ruhig, trotz nah an Straßen. Eventhotel, deshalb manchmal der große Parkplatz gut voll. Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt. Toilettensitz könnte besser montiert werden und Stühle auf dem Balkon sollten erneuert werden. Keine Klimaanlage, finde ich umweltfreundlich!
