Guests have private access to the entire home, gardens, and property. The home is a contemporary construction, completed in 2019\. The open-plan living space features a cozy living room adorned with a gas fireplace, perfect for guests to unwind and relax. The kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with a Nespresso machine, fondue pot, Dutch oven, cocktail bar cart, outdoor grill, and outdoor pizza oven. POOL: The pool is open seasonally from May through October, with exact opening and closing dates determined by weather conditions. \-From June 1st through Labor Day, the pool is heated to a comfortable 82°F at no additional cost. Guests who wish to maintain a higher temperature may do so for an additional fee, please reach out to us directly. \-Pool heating may also be available , but not guaranteed, in May and after Labor Day for an additional charge of $150 per day. This pool will not be heated after October 1st. To ensure the pool is ready upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to have the pool heated. \-If you wish to heat the pool above the standard 82°F provided between June 1 and Labor Day, an additional fee will apply. But the home, the beautiful pool and backyard, and the four legged neighbors made it difficult to venture out some days. The property provides privacy and plenty of activities (indoor and out). The home is warm and inviting with every amenity you could need: think country living at its finest, but with a modern flare. We look forward to visiting again for another romantic escape or perhaps a larger gathering of family and friends (easily could have accommodated another 3 couples or a couple families). Ruminating on the rocking chairs, listening to the birds and distant neighing… it’s simply perfect for any occasion. The home is centrally located between Lee/Lenox/Great Barrington and Williamstown/N. Adams. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants as well as hiking and picturesque mountain drives. You can tell much thought was involved to maximize the view, location , (on a hilltop) and nearby horses added a peaceful vibe to the property. The house had every amenity for comfort and being able to enjoy space. Outdoors was fantastic with a beautiful pool and hot tub.
