Het balkon is niet zo groot, voor 4 personen aan de kleine kant. Het appartement is gehorig. Er hangen witte luxaflex, erg mooi maar in de zomer is het heel vroeg licht in de slaapkamers en erg warm. Ventilatoren in de slaapkamers en verduisterende gordijnen zouden in zomer erg welkom zijn. Mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Een fijn en schoon appartement. Lekkere bedden, prima meubilair. Een ruime tuin waar je als gast gewoon gebruik van mag maken: ligstoelen, speelhuisje voor de kinderen, tuinset, kinderspeelgoed. Eigenaren bieden veel privacy en houden afstand. Het dorp Pians is erg stil en biedt geen faciliteiten. Geen supermarkt, geen bakker of restaurant. Levendige naastgelegen dorpen zijn met auto of OV wel goed te bereiken. Nadelen: geen overgordijnen op de slaapkamers.
