Our modern and lovingly furnished apartment on the field (about 50 sqm, sep. Entrance, hall, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, shower / WC, terrace with barbecue, max. 4 guests, terrace, wireless Internet) is quiet and very close to nature in the small resort Lancken-Granitz, near the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. The kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 4 km away, a bathing spot on the bay is about 2 km away. Lancken-Granitz - in which our beautiful house with the apartment is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. Cycling and hiking trails lead past the property. On arrival, the beds are already made with linen and there are fresh towels ready. Further details can be found in the detailed description of the apartment. Parking is available directly at the house. Rental bikes can be brought directly to our object on request. It is about 500 meters to the public transport bus stop. Holiday apartment at the field: Our modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is about 50 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and offers free Wi-Fi. In the living room, which is located on the ground floor, is a comfortable couch with table, a wardrobe, dining table with chairs and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, sink, toaster and fridge freezer. From the living room leads onto the sun terrace with garden furniture, in front there is a lawn for sunbathing. In the first bedroom is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (160 cm). Here is also a dresser. On arrival, the beds are already made with linen and fresh towels are provided. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinen, malerischen Ort abseits der hektischen Touristenzentren mit einer herrlichen Landschaft, die zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt. Die Vermieterfamilie sind herzliche, freundliche Leute, die unaufdringlich dafür sorgen, dass man sich wohl und willkommen fühlt.Klare Empfehlung meinerseits. Sie ist wirklich sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel mehr als im Inserat angegeben. Wir wissen nicht, was noch fehlen könnte. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und immer gute Gesprächs- bzw. Ansprechpartner. Lancken- Granitz ist ein kleiner Ort, von dem man jedoch sehr gut (mit Rad) die umliegenden Seebäder Sellin, Baabe, Binz erreichen kann. Das Jagdschloss Granitz sowie eine Haltestelle des "Rasenden Rolands" sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Restaurant mit guter Küche. Von Dienstag bis Samsatag fährt morgens ein Bäckerwagen durch den Ort. Wir haben uns in Lancken- Granitz und in unserer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. ##### Sylvia N. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Oliver P., Oberlungwitz 16 janv. 2019 #### schöne Tage über Silvester Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage über Silvester in der sehr liebevoll und komplett ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem neuen Wohngebiet, 5 min bis Sellin/ans Meer/ Strand. Das Vermieterpaar empfing uns sehr herzlich, die Wohnung ist mit Herzblut engerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden, sehr gepflegt und aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Einziger Mini-Kritikpunkt: der Internetempfang ist mies und das WLAN nicht stabil.
