"This is a lovely old hotel ( opened in 1914 ? ) but of course Is completely updated. Located in the old downtown area it is surrounded by restaurants, shops and an excellent museum. Parking is quite convenient, either across the street or behind the hotel."

"We’ve stayed here twice and love the water park! It’s great for families! The waterslide wasn’t open during our stay this time, however we had fun doing other things."

"Loved the hotel. Had a good view of the Mississippi. Loved the bar and restaurant. Was able to take drinks from bar to our room. I think you could order food and all to the room too, but didn't try that. Also was able to charge food and drinks to the room if you chose to. It was a one-stop hotel. Also had a patio with river view. Everything on the town seemed to be within decent walking range. Would have loved to stayed a little longer to check more stuff out - like the walking trail by the river. Looking forward to a return trip soon. The town seemed to be a quaint quiet town."
