Not our first visit here, we like room 21, it was a nice day for chillaxin ! We will be back, probably around Easter. Its convenient, not a lot of road noise, of course we carry a fan with us to help drown out any noise, inexpensive for what we are looking for !

I pulled in and parked, and that was enough for me. It was trashy and scary. I honestly didn’t feel safe. There was a large group of people having some kind of gathering by the gazebo with a grill going and their suv parked in the grass and music playing loudly from it. There were a lot of hotel room doors hanging open with kids hanging out on the stairs and all around the parking lot. It honestly looked like these people were living here and not taking care of the place. I sat for a minute thinking about if I even wanted to check in. I got out of the car, took a few steps, and got right back into my car. I didn’t even feel safe checking in, so there was no way my husband and I were going to sleep there. We went up to the sleep inn and suites which was a great stay!
My husband contacted them about a refund and the lady was polite and directed us back to Expedia. Turned out we had the “pay later” option so I wasn’t going to be charged until checkin anyway. Expedia offered to contact the red carpet to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for not showing up. Expedia was great. The hotel-stay away!!

Hey, Charles we're sorry to here you didn't have a good experience with your stay in our hotel. we work really hard to make sure our customer love their stay and service, so thank you for bringing this situation to light. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
The property was old and a lot of things didn’t work. The Tv remote didn’t work, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Even the plugs in the lamp to charge my devices wouldn’t work.
I also did not like the staff calling me a day before I checked in supposedly confirming my arrival only to trick me into giving me the security code on my credit card. Which they used to charge $625 to my credit card BEFORE I EVEN CHECKED IN.
Then when I had bad news of a death and had to leave early they tried to tell me I couldn’t get a refund.
Expedia told them to give me a refund but they still took over $100 for useless charges. I was completely dissatisfied with the staff manipulating the situation.

The room was clean and ready. Only stayed overnight so can’t say a lot about it other than the shower had very good pressure but the tub did not drain so you were taking a shower in water up over your ankles. Needs to be cleaned out.

We stayed overnight while going to a Sight and Sound Theater production.
Red Carpet Inn in Ronks is convenient and very economical.
The owners were friendly and attentive. The office is open until late evening.

The property has new owners. VERY helpful, friendly, professional. The towels are luxurious and plentiful. Fridge & microwave & tv all fine. No breakfast but go to the Red Caboose for that! There's a lot to see there and you can pick up a buggy ride there also. I watched the horse buggies bring their Amish owners to a Sunday morning gathering. So glad I went!

The facilities were dated but very clean and comfortable. The people running the motel were very friendly and kind. I would stay here again.

They need to be more clean, also need to update there hotel rooms they look like 30 years old!

For our one night stay, it was OK. The heater/cooler was noisy, the fan in the bathroom was noisy. It was the same switch that turned on the light. Metal bedframe. Had a small fridge that had to be plugged in..and a small microwave. No coffee maker in room. Nice bed. Was in the bldg close to traffic so we heard trucks all night. But for just one night at $105 with tax it was OK. Friendly office staff.

Everything was acceptable except kept getting a smell of cigarette smoke at times. We usually stayed in a room opposite the lobby but stayed behind the lobby this visit.

Cheap motel that always has rooms. Other than that it’s bad. Desk employee thought I was someone else when I had a reservation. Then the card machine wasn’t working so he demanded cash payment. I had to leave go get money n come back

Okay For A Budge, But Could Use Some Improvements.
The bed was sagging on the sides, the bathroom sink was missing a drain catch. Upon arrival, the room was cold but warmed up with the room heater, which was noisy.
There was no safety bar latch on the door.
The room was okay for a budget, but probably won't stay here again.
The microwave, refrigerator and ice machine were great and we used all three.
The receptionist was a friendly and very helpful man.

Overall the room was fine, although the floor was very uneven.
When checking out the owner actually yelled at my 12 year old nephew because we lost the cheap inch long plastic keychain with the room number written on it that was on the cheapest flimsiest key ring possible. We almost lost the whole key…. What would he have done then?!?!? Get better quality key rings or stop over reacting! Ruined anything that was good about the hotel. Won’t stay there again!
Pros: Location, Friendly Staff, Large Rooms, Bathroom.
Cons: Hardwood floor could have been cleaner, soft mattress.
I would stay here again and have done so in the past.
Stay overnight was fine. Room basically clean… no issues. Sheets were very thin. Bed mattress great on 1 bed! No hot water in sink. Shower ok.

Nice staff, horrendously soft mattresses
Owners were exceptionally nice but the beds were so soft and the pillows were very lumpy. I had to flip the mattress over because the top was so dented in. The noise from traffic was also quite large. Not sure why the website says the restrooms were updated. Mine certainly wasn’t. Otherwise it was a large room with a nice tv and fridge.
