So bad we paid for another hotel rather than stay
Terrible hotel. After checking in we asked for a move as the bathroom wasnt something id even contemplate using. Couldnt change us. It was that unbearable we ended up paying for another hotel and stay there instead

I live in blackpool and just go to hotels to destress. The beds was very cosy, the staff was amazing especially the night staff Definitely will re visit

Cliffs Hotel Blackpool
ALL staff were fantastic - friendly, efficient and cheerful. The dining room was run so well, they really have it down to a fine art. Breakfast and evening meals were really good.

Great hotel
A excellent hotel I'm surprised it's not more than a two star. We were well looked after, being a disabled couple they couldn't do enough for us. The room was comfortable the beds were great, the room was clean and tidy bathroom had bath with shower over the bath. The buffet breakfast is good plenty of options and will cater for any allergies you may have. Evening meal was ok some of the set mains were too spicy for us but well prepared the starters and deserts were help yourself. Also they cater for couples, families and single travelers

Lovely family weekend break apart from the couple upstairs having a domestic throughout Saturday night into early morning disturbing residents screaming and shouting that was very frightening and had to ring ring security.

we stayed in febuary and the food was magnificent the service was not so good ,this was a gift from myhusband for my 60th birthday on10/10/23. Very dissapointed with the food choices and quaily , some guests went out to eat. The clenliness was not as good. The heating on in the cafe lounge was on which made the damp choking smell and cheap polish to cover the smell. all the tables you can scrae the dirt off,big wholes inthe skirting ,

I like the swimming pool . I did not like room 112 at all. It was shabby and smelt stale and horrid. Bedside cabinet had drawer handle missing. The window looked out onto the canopy over the entrance. And room was at top of stairs and by lifts. Very noisy and busy area. Not suitable for bedroom at all. The staff organised a different room for me.

Nice front of house but food and rooms poor
This looks like a nice hotel from the outside and the front of house areas are quite modern and well maintained. I didn’t expect top quality food and accommodation but both were far below basic expectations.

Good stay

Beds too soft Too small reception area Lifts v slow Rooms need updating Bathroom inadequate and small but all clean. Great for tram. Breakfast great, loads of choice and on the whole hot, all staff smiley and helpful in all departments Would definitely stay again. Major downside and absolutely not the hotels fault was children running round even at midnight, should definitely be an adults only bar/entertainment area

everything was just like our last stay, staff are friendly and we are happy that we choice cliffs hotel for my mum 80th birthday, we didn’t use any of the leisure facilities, bar and entertainment was good

We have stayed at the Cliffs on numerous occasions and have never had any issues, the staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. On this occasion we felt that the service in the dining area by the waiters/waitresses wasn't as organised as previous times we have been, but the staff were young and hopefully once they have gained more experience then the serving will be better organised. A special mention to 1 of the waiters as due to his experience he was always waiting on his tables in a timely manner and always spoke to guests ( didn’t catch his name, but he has been there for a few year's).

Don’t go
Bathroom floor was filthy even after asking for it to be cleaned properly. Couldn’t open window other that standing on windowsill - safety hazard at 80 years!!! Tables in bar not clean - sticky. Complained at reception but brushed aside!!!!
