I gave it a 3 stars for the following reason:
1-The sign at night is not easy to spot, almost missed it.
2-Only one elevator for the hotel guests and staff to use.
3-The window panes were not soundproof, we had a room on 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot and you could easily hear and understand what people were saying when entering or leaving the hotel. As well as hearing the foot steps from the room above us.
4- The shower plumbing made a high pitch screeching sound which woke up everybody who was sleeping in the room. Was not made for a relaxing and enjoyable shower.
5- The coffee machine was not cleaned as there was still a pod in the coffee machine.
Overall the room, towels and sheets were clean, the shampoo,conditioner and body wash bottles were filled and the service was great.
I must add that the restaurant breakfast buffet cost is over priced for what they are offering. The crepes were no great, tasted like rubber.
