"Upon arrival the rooms were extremely dirty the floors were full of sand. There bedding sheets look like they were not cleaned. The showers had mold growing on curtains. We were not able to sit outside due to the extreme amount of bugs."

The outdoor patio was our favorite, it was perfect to read with our morning coffee and soak in the beach and nice for rainy days. We will definitely be back. "This was such a delightful surprise! We has some trouble finding the place at first - it was a bit overgrown and hidden. However, once we were tucked inside, that added to the charm and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a true Old Florida get away."
