Great for families
"Awesome stay for families. One bedroom and two bedroom options were spacious and accommodating. Washer and dryer in units are so helpful. Restaurant was good for casual eats. Nice beach walk down to other resorts and restaurants. Kids loved the free movies. "

"This is by far the best hotel to stay on the west side of Maui. The staff is amazing and rooms have great views of the ocean and newly remodeled. Its location is great, short walk to Whaler’s village and Black Rock snorkeling spot. Definitely going to come back to this resort. "

"The first night we arrived was late and we found cockroaches scurrying about the room. My husband went to the front desk and told them about the cockroaches the next morning, and the lady at the front desk told him to buy a can of bug spray, which was unacceptable and quite rude. The second day he went to the front desk and showed pictures of all the cockroaches in our room and they moved us to a different room, which was acceptable and was without visual cockroaches. I know we’re in Hawaii and I know that there are cockroaches, but we have been coming to Maui for 16 years and haven’t had this issue before at any of the other resorts we have stayed at. The property is beautiful and is within walking distance of Napili Bay, there are restaurants on the property, and the rooms have kitchenettes, which make it very convenient. we would definitely stay at this resort again."

"This property was very clean and nice. The only thing I would suggest is a broom and dust pan. We tracked in quite a bit of sand from the beach and I would have like to have swept it up so we were not walking on it. But we had a very nice stay and everyone and everything was very nice. "

"The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon.
We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles!
I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend. Nevertheless, all good things to say about this experience!"
