The pool is available seasonally from May 6th to September 23rd and is equipped with a WC, an outdoor shower, and a shared washing machine. Parking is available on the premises, and the property offers amenities such as Internet, WiFi, a yard, and the option for an installment plan.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment: the first bedroom is a double room with a shower, bidet, and WC, while the second bedroom is a smaller room with 1 bed and a bath, bidet, and WC. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, a kettle, and a freezer.
