Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. External boot room: With washing machine. Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbeque. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds.. Nestled in the idyllic countryside of Cellan, Dyffryn @ Glanffrwd Mill is a delightful holiday retreat for two, designed with romance and relaxation in mind. This charming property features an inviting open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, including an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The dining area and cosy living area, complete with a Smart TV, provide a perfect setting to unwind. Upstairs, the kingsize bedroom exudes character with its exposed beams and offers an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail for extra comfort. Outside, the property boasts a spacious patio and a grassy area ideal for four-legged friends. Guests also have access to the owners’ beautifully maintained grounds, including a large field, summer house, and private hot tub beside the tranquil river. This retreat promises a blend of comfort and countryside charm, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway.  
  
Dyffryn @ Glanffrwd Mill is perfectly located for exploring the stunning landscapes of West Wales. Take a short drive to Lampeter, where you’ll find quaint shops, cafés, and a touch of local history. For nature lovers, Cors Caron Nature Reserve offers serene walking trails across boglands, ideal for birdwatching. Venture further afield to Aberaeron, a picturesque harbour town with colourful Georgian houses and fantastic seafood restaurants and stroll around the harbour whilst taking in the sights. Alternatively, head to Llanerchaeron, a National Trust property offering insights into Welsh gentry life and stunning walled gardens. For active days, enjoy the Ceredigion Coast Path with over 60 miles of walks, providing breathtaking coastal views, or explore Devil’s Bridge Falls, where waterfalls and woodland walks await.  
  
Dog-friendly beaches like Tresaith and New Quay are within an easy drive, perfect for relaxing or spotting dolphins. Whether you crave adventure or tranquillity, this corner of Wales has something for everyone. The Victorian seaside and university town of Aberystwyth is also within easy reach and here you’ll find a traditional pier, promenade and the old electric cliff railway to the summit of Constitution Hill, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay. If outdoor activities are your thing, there are plenty of options for walkers and cyclists of all abilities as well as horse riding, canoeing and more. You can enjoy a day out at the National Trust Dolaucothi Gold Mines at Pumpsaint, the Silver Mountain Experience (silver-lead mines) at Ponterwyd or the red kite feeding centre at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian, or why not take a trip on a traditional steam train from Abersytwyth to the falls at Devil’s Bridge?
