There is a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The swimming pool, measuring 10x4.2m and 1.5m deep, is chlorine-treated and open from April to the end of October. It is secured by an alarm. A private terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the cottage, and there are two dining areas in the garden with a fire pit shared by both cottages. Located in Lamonzie-Saint-Martin, in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre region, this gîte for 2 people is housed in a superb stone building, typical of the local rural architecture. Adjoining the owners' house and a second gîte (24G10702), it is part of a former farmhouse that has been carefully renovated. Enjoy a large garden of approximately 7000m² with a shared swimming pool, various dining and relaxation areas in the garden, and a pétanque court. This gîte is ideally located for exploring Bergerac, the Monbazillac wine route, the fortified towns of the Périgord Pourpre, or even taking a traditional flat-bottomed boat trip on the Dordogne River. Enjoy the rich culinary heritage of the Périgord region: farmers' markets, wine tastings at Monbazillac vineyards, and traditional restaurants featuring foie gras, confit, walnuts, and truffles.
