The beautiful beach is right across the road, perfect for swimming and stunning sunsets. Enjoy ample outdoor space, including two patios, a fire pit with lawn seating, and a private spa room with a hot tub.

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.  
  
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit, except the basement. Please make yourself at home.  
  
➤ Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.  
  
➤ Street parking is allowed until 11 PM, after which vehicles will be towed.  
  
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.  
  
Stay in the heart of Grand Bend, just steps from the famous strip with shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the road, perfect for swimming and stunning sunsets. Enjoy nearby attractions like Pinery Provincial Park, Grand Bend Marina, and the Huron Country Playhouse. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this location has it all!  
  
➜ Walking: The Grand Bend strip, beach, restaurants, and shops are all within a short walk.  
  
➜ Driving: Complimentary driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles makes exploring nearby attractions easy.  
  
➜ Biking: Rent a bike to explore scenic trails and nearby parks like Pinery Provincial Park.  
  
➜ Public Transit: Limited local transit is available, but most destinations are best reached by car or bike.  
  
➜ Taxis & Rideshare: Local taxi services and rideshare apps like Uber may be available for convenient transportation.  
  
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.  
  
➤ All the blinds are Manual except in the Master bedroom and washroom are automatic.  
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.  
  
1\. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.  
  
6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.  
  
7\. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.  
  
8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
