COME AND HAVE A GREAT VACATION NEAR THE BEST BEACH IN GRAND BEND ONTARIO! Great 2 bedroom cottage with full bathroom and full kitchen setup. Just bring your own bedding, towels and consumables. Natural gas BBQ included as well as good wifi. Very clean, close to all the downtown action but a quiet neighbourhood and moments from the beach. No smoking in the cottages. Pets are considered. Can be rented weekly or just for the weekend. Combine with the other two cottages at 46 and 48 Warwick to have a great family get together. These 3 units can handle around 20 people.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.

Great spot but unkept
Property itself was extremely small. Not a cottage, more like a bachelor apartment. We did the owner a favour and actually took another property she preferred we take, not the one advertised. She claimed she could rent the advertised property all year if we changed location. The one we got was very dirty. Food was left outside, mouse droppings were about and there was no heat.

grand bend is a very nice place, with a clean plays, there were not many people, this house is small

Terrible place .
If there was minus star to assign ..I would have assjgned minus.This was our worse experience we had in our whole life .I have not rented any place dirtier and stinky than this one. This place has not been cleaned for ages .Spider nest and ant.nest everywhere .The ustensila cannot be used ..their shades have become yellow..You have at least 1 inch of dirt covering the place. We tried to use the sofa bed but the mattress was so stained. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE RENTED AT ALL.I infomred the owner but she wont admit.
