"This is the perfect property to make as your home base to explore London. The train is a short walk away and links you to the underground or other trains. The neighborhood was quiet. A small grocery store was close. The property was clean and the owners responsive. We enjoyed our visit!"

This flat is so close to West End and the National Theatre we were able to walk back along the Themes after 6 of the 8 performances. The kitchen is so well equipped and we were able to wash clothes there as well. Plus, they have loads of really interesting books! We would stay here again."

"We had a perfect stay on this property. We traveled with our two older children, and everyone had their own space. The property was adorable! We were a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and no more than 10 minutes to the tube station. There is a local pub right up the street. Great late night stop on the way back from a day exploring the city. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had."

"The mini kitchen was great. Only issue is that you can’t stop/pick up in front of the hotel because of the buses and the Uber drivers always confuse it with the hotel across the road "

"Made to wait until 3pm to check in which was the policy but ended with overcrowding of people waiting around the lobby and waiting areas and then wait time to check in as backlog of people to check in .. felt amateur , disorganised and unfriendly approach to customers "

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."

The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of.
