### Le Manoir de la ville Méen - La Chapelle

Cocoonr agency proposes you to rent, in Lamballe-Armor, this charming house with wifi, of a surface of 100 m² and which can welcome up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 100 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 100 m² living room  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen  
\- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)  
\- Two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190)  
\- A relaxation area upstairs with two benches   
\- Two bathrooms (with showers)  
\- Two Separate WC  
  
Please note: La Chapelle is part of a complex of several buildings known as Le Manoir de la Ville Méen. There are therefore six lodgings on the same property that can be rented individually or as a group: Jospinet, La Perrière, Le Lourtuais, Le Portuais and l'Etochet.  
  
It is also possible to rent the reception room from the owners, but it can only be rented with a minimum of 5 units.

Outside facilities: private terrace and lawn. Courtyard and large shared lawn  
  
The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.  
  
Transport :  
If you come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park shared by all tenants (15 vehicles).
