J’avais pris le logement pour mon fils et ma belle-fille car nous logions pas très loin chez des amis, ils n’ont pas passé une seule nuit dans cet endroit ! De l’extérieur ça va mais dès qu’on rentre dans le couloir, l’horreur ! Glauque, crasseux, insécurisant ! La porte du studio, un coup d’épaule et on est dedans tellement la porte n’est pas étanche. L’insonorisation est mauvaise, les sanitaires vieillots et pas frais qui ne donnent pas envie de s’y éterniser ! Mon fils mesure 1m85 et ses pieds dépassaient du lit d’au moins 10 cm ! Ce serait bon de préciser que c’est un lit d’enfant ! Bref, je ne pouvais pas laisser mes jeunes là et ai heureusement trouvé un autre logement le jour même. J’ai envoyé un mail à l’agence Lamalou Immobilier pour faire part de cela et pour dire qu’ils pouvaient reprendre les clés et débloquer mon emprunte bancaire, ce qui a été fait très rapidement. Par contre, en réponse je n’ai pas eu un « désolé ». Pas compatissant pour 1, par contre, même si je sais que je ne serais pas remboursée pour la location, on ne m’a pas proposé le remboursement des taxes de séjours, des 2 kits de bains encore emballés, le kit literie, du nettoyage de fin de séjours qui n’a pas eu lieu puisque nous sommes rentrés et ressortit 15 minutes après.
