The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave, opens onto the living/dining room, which includes a television, sofa, farmhouse table, and two benches. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes. A bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, and toilet completes the ground floor. A private covered parking space is available. Pets are welcome. A travel cot for a baby can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
