### Sunny Apartment with Balconies, Near Spa and Town Center

Beautiful 34 sq m (366 sq ft) one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor with elevator access. Overlooking the residence's parking lot, it faces east and is 400 meters from the center of Lamalou-les-Bains and 650 meters from the thermal baths. The apartment features a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and dishwasher. This kitchenette opens onto the main living area, which includes a single bed (converted to a sofa), a table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and includes a shower, sink, and a separate toilet. There are two balconies: one off the living room with a table and chairs, and another off the bedroom. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A laundromat is located within the residence. Free municipal parking nearby. NO PETS ALLOWED. A travel cot for babies can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

The station constitutes a major tourist pole by its climate and its heritage, whether historical or natural. Hydrotherapy and functional rehabilitation occupy an important place in the economic life of the resort and its surroundings. 3 km away, the Lamalou les Bains golf course is located on the banks of the river with a breathtaking view of the Caroux massif, the 9-hole course of Lamalou Les Bains offers great moments of sport and relaxation with its very rigorous layout. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced players. Many hiking departures in the surroundings are available to you. From Mazamet to Bédarieux, the Passapaïs greenway allows you to travel more than 75 km in complete safety and without nuisance since it is reserved for non-motorized travel.
