Very nice F2 apartment, air-conditioned, 51 m² in a recent residence on the third floor with elevator and private outdoor parking, A terrace with garden table and chairs, a sun lounger, with a North-East exposure and a view overlooking the Lamalou casino. It is 50 meters from the city center and the thermal baths. A fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a four-burner induction hob, a hood, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto a main room with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 160 bed and a storage cupboard. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a hairdryer, a toilet. There is a laundry room in the residence with a washing machine. Wifi in the accommodation. PETS ACCEPTED. A baby travel cot can be made available on request within the limit of our stock. Mandatory tax in addition: Tourist tax and Animal tax (2€/day/animal)

From Mazamet to Bédarieux, the Passapaïs greenway allows you to travel more than 75 km in complete safety and without nuisance since it is reserved for non-motorized travel.
