In the heart of the city center and 100 meters from the thermal baths, with a view overlooking a public garden. The apartment is dual-aspect with a north exposure for the bedroom and living room, and a south exposure for the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, a gas stove with an oven and 3 gas and 1 electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher. Living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi in the accommodation. A separate bedroom with two 90 cm beds pushed together. A bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, a sink and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Balcony with a table and two garden chairs. Free municipal parking nearby. Rated 3\*\*\* in 2025\. PETS NOT ALLOWED. A travel cot can be made available on request while stocks last. Mandatory tax in addition: Tourist tax

From Mazamet to Bédarieux, the Passapaïs greenway allows you to travel more than 75 km in complete safety and without nuisance since it is reserved for non-motorized travel.
