The hotel has nice and have refused to refund me my money. There was blood on the light switch, stained sheets, and the staff were horribly rude. No housekeeping. We asked for new towels to be delivered to our room while we were out and they advised me to “come back and get them myself later” Will never stay at a comfort inn again and will be filing a corporate complaint with their head office

We apologize for the quality of your stay and promise to pass your review to our betters. I'm not sure about the blood on the switch, but our rules of our hotel state that there is no housekeeping unless you stay 3 or more days, only on the 3rd day, by request. I assume that you might have been told this on check in, and I apologize if our employees didn't tell you. We understand if you'd file a complaint, and hope that your future stays (at a comfort suites or otherwise) are of better quality.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We had just spent 4 days at a Comfort Suites in Gallup, NM and intentionally booked another on the way home.

Enjoyed our stay. Older property but clean. Could not use our Roku streaming stick. One of the TVs in the room we could not even choose a different input. The other would not recognize the HDMI input.

Thank you fort the kind review. For future stays, I suggest asking front desk if there's any way to do so, as they may be able to provide a remote that allows you to do as you had hoped. Our hotel provides such a service!

I enjoyed the look of the room and the bed was nice and comfy, but the room seemed so bland and normal. I figured the 2 queen bed suite with a pull out sofa would be bigger. But other than that it was very nice
