Awesome Vacation
Property is both Unique and Quirky! Not a good fit for seniors to go up and down stairs for sure! Unlevel upstairs in many areas as well as a constricting tiny bathroom in that area as well. The kids would love it up there but keep in mind the stairs are very loud going up and down. The whole place could not have been stocked more!! Everything you could think of is probably there!! Well stocked!! We did have a sleepless night during our stay due to a dog next door that was put out and left about 1:00 AM. He did continue to bark through the early hours. Overall a very memorable time and lits of Fun can be yours at this property! The outside area is second to none for games and or relaxation!! Our guest host Russel was Amazing from the get go directing us to memorable fun times way before we got into the home! He was amazing!!

Cozy Family Cabin
We came up for a ski trip with the family. Cabin is close to 260 and 30 min to Sunrise. The cabin had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. We would stay here again!!

Cabin was perfect for our family getaway. Had everything we needed to prepare meals and plenty of beds. Pellet heater was a touch. Host was very responsive and handled all questions quickly.

Family Visit
The property was perfect and very near (blocks) from family I hadn’t seen in 15 years. The young folks slept upstairs, a little too steep for the almost 70 crowd. I was sorry not to very young children with us, as they would have loved the play area in the backyard. If we ever make this trek again from east TN, I would love to stay here again.

Great Escape From Phoenix
Excellent place to escape from the pace of Phoenix. Very clean and quiet. It sits away from the main highway, so you don't hear any traffic. The property had everything you could possibly need.
