Recently renovated to perfection, this quaint and well-kept 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is located on a private road and down the road from a private beach paradise. This property is perfect for couples, families and friends alike as it is a cozy space, yet large enough for privacy. Enjoy cooking in a well equipt kitchen, read a book on the covered porch, walk down the lane to dip your feet in the lake, or enjoy a nice barbecue with a cocktail- your options here are endless. In case you aren't a well suited guest for completely unconnecting, we have the fastest wifi you will ever experience and a cable TV in each room. The house has its own driveway for ample overnight parking and an in-unit washer/dryer for convenience. Complete with air conditioning and heat, your stay here is guaranteed to be enjoyable and comfortable. Our superb location is a stones throw from Union Pier, New Buffalo and Harbert, but nestled in our own friendly, lakeside community. The owner was very responsive to any issue we may have had. The location was great, a short walk to a private beach. Our only issue was the large ant infestation. While we were told there might be a few ants given that the neighborhood is very woodsy, which we would understand, there were not just a few but many. They were on most of the counter tops in the kitchen, in one of the bathrooms and in two of the bedrooms. We even found one in the salt shaker. Needless to say, it was disconcerting. It made a very nice place difficult to enjoy.We know the owner is addressing the issue and wish her well in trying to eradicate them. ##### Dave W.
