Welcome to “Zenplicity”, a high-end, modern cabin, nothing like your traditional pre-fab! If you want the experience of a unique listing, with plenty of privacy and a view, look no further.

Designed with distinctive modern architecture, this custom designed cabin contains 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen and living area. The interior contains a minimalist style with stained concrete floors, quartz countertops and vaulted ceilings, all appointed with modern recessed lighting. The central great room is equipped with a built-in electric fire place, mid-century modern furniture and a 65 inch smart smart TV. The modern kitchen begs to be cooked in, as you'll enjoy a massive quartz island countertop with a builtin oven and custom modern cabinets stocked with cookware.

Grab a good book and hang out on the wrap around deck, or just appreciate the view from the 10-foot tall windows in the living room and bedrooms. In cool weather, open the 3 sets of large sliding glass doors and let the sounds of nature lull you to sleep. The design provides soaring 12-foot tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Also, smart home lighting and other technology is added for extra comfort. Just ask Alexa to turn on the lights, music, tv, or electric fireplace while you sit back and relax.

Concerned about neighbors and privacy? Just outside guests will enjoy the privacy of two (2) wooded acres that are isolated from other residential properties, so you won’t be seeing other neighbors during your stay. In the mornings, wake up to sunrises over the eastern mountains in both bedrooms. Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the wide-spread mountain views from the 600 square foot wrap around deck that is accessible from all rooms. Immediately adjacent to the deck is a covered hot tub and fire pit. A charcoal grill is also located along the side.

Zenplicity offers a convenient location off of Highway 441, just a five minute drive to Tallulah Gorge State Park! Other local attractions include Lake Rabun, Downtown Clayton, Minnehaha Falls, Wander North Georgia, Black Rock Mountain State Park, Tallulah Adventures, Moonrise Distillery, Lake Seed, and several wineries.

Very nice cabin in a great location
We had a short getaway to the northeast Georgia mountains. The location was close to towns, lakes and state parks in the area. After excursions it was great to return to such a nice cabin to rest and cook dinner.

It’s a lovely spot. The hosts have furnished the cabin thoughtfully. The stars at night are amazing. Plenty of space despite being small. Comfortable beds, lovely window view. Nice TV, hot tub and firepit. We hope to return!

A gem near Clayton downtown
If you're searching for a comfortable and luxurious getaway, this place is an excellent choice. The house is like a stylish hotel suite, and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi by the house. The living room and bedroom windows provide a stunning view of the mountains. The space is so comfortable that you could spend your entire day relaxing indoors. The shower's water pressure is fantastic, and the bathroom speaker allows you to connect your favorite music while enjoying a hot shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils and spices you need. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi at night and making s'mores at the fire pit. The location is less than 10 minutes from Clayton downtown, which has many cute shops and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Fortify Kitchen and Bar, where the service and food are both excellent. Don't forget to try their trout! John and Jacki were excellent hosts, providing clear directions for checking in and out of the house. Overall, this is the best place we've stayed at so far.

Zenplicity… pure Zen!
This listing is everything it promises and more! Pristinely clean and very thought out design. If you love modern decor and minimal design, this is the place to stay. John has supplied all the needs for a home away from home experience. We stayed for a week and rarely left the cabin. We opted for all meals in house and were not disappointed with the spacious kitchen, top notch appliances, and all the accessories one could want. The fire pit area is fantastic! A very large wood-burning pit surrounded by Adirondack seating, a picnic table, and games. The hot tub would have been a wonderful experience, but we never opted to use it. Access to Clayton for supplies and groceries is an easy 10 minutes to Wal-Mart, Ingles, and other shopping, dining needs. The magnificent Tallulah Gorge State Park is a quick 5 minutes from the cabin and a MUST SEE if you love the outdoors. We’ve opted to stay in STR for several years while vacationing. This listing is above and beyond any properties we’ve experienced. Definitely a five-star experience! We’ll likely be back in the future!

Modern cabin with style and comforts
This is a fantastic modern cabin that has a nice balance of rustic mountain atmosphere with modern design and comforts. It has a simple and clean style of architecture interior, exterior and landscaping with everything I could think of to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. We had a great experience here and are now planning to forego traditional log cabins for this more modern approach.
