I was driving my daughter down from NY into Lakeland and needed a place close to the main area of Lakeland. I couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is excellent, but most importantly was the place where we stayed. It’s cozy, but gives you everything and more, that’ll you’ll need. Sort of like staying in a well kept, well apportioned tree house. We loved it. Easy walk to at least one Resturant and a beautiful lake/pond. Lawn chairs on the patio with squirrels to keep you entertained. And the occasional appearance of the friendly neighborhood cat. Note you will get some exercise as the loft is 17 steps up from the entrance. We are in our 70s and we managed it ok. ##### Jim P. It is in a great location that has a lot to walk to or short drives. We had a small issue with linens not being in the unit but we notified the property manager and all was well.
