It’s a great place to stop and get some rest. The room feels like a modest master suite and the owner is very earnest and hospitable.

For a budget 2 star hotel, the room was surprisingly updated and comfortable. No road noise, everything worked well. My purpose was just a place to stay for the night, shower & bed. Room had nice tile, modern furniture, micro, fridge, coffee and Dish TV. Bed was comfortable & A/C was cold. I brought to manager's attention a small bit of mold in some of the shower grout. Very minor and he said he would have it fixed. I'd stay here again under the same conditions.

The room was nice and updated but unfortunately not clean. The sheets had hairs and stains, the floor lots of dirt and grime all over. I cleaned the shower floor myself so I could shower. The bathroom mirror was very dirty with toothpaste. It isn’t awful and the friendliness of the people in the office really makes a difference, seems to be family owned. If they kept it a bit more clean, they would have a much better rating.

I normally stay at mid level hotels with the major brands so I was a bit concerned about trying something different. We stayed two nights and found that,for an old style motel, the room was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, clean and had been renovated better than I expected. The beds were comfortable. For the price it was hard to beat. On the other hand, we did have some noticeable road noise in morning from Route 60, which is only a few hundred yards away, and another guest's annoying diesel truck outside our room that woke us promptly each day at 6:30. The location is in an older residential neighborhood so there aren't many services immediately available. If you're okay with a vintage motel style property and need to stay in Lake Wales it is a good value option.

Atul the manager was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. A no frills hotel with a clean room, comfy bed. I knew it was a no frills establishment with a microwave and fridge so I brought something for breakfast and nuked it. very cost effective.

I asked if there were any restaurants nearby that would deliver and was just told there were places nearby. I don't know the area, so that reply didn't help at all. There should be menus available for nearby places offering takeout, or at least nearby restaurants.

As advertised; rooms renovated. Staff at both checkin and checkout very humble and gracious. Quiet neighborhood but too seclusive. One motel before property was very concerning. Relieved this property was total opposite and most definitely the best in this neighborhood. Cleanliness was a great plus. Thank you!

Low budget, but CLEAN! Clearly the owners are sprucing up the place. I liked the tile floors instead of carpet. When low-budget hotels have carpets they often feel dirty. Not the case when you walk onto clean tile floors!

The building is a bit old and in funky colors, but everything is very clean, everything works, nothing is broken, and the staff was all very pleasant and friendly. There's a pretty big pool with plenty of space around it, and a snack hut/bar there too - nice place to hang out, relax!
