### Charming Spacious 4-bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in North Lakeland

This Lakeland townhome has high ceilings and beautiful natural light. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 inviting bedrooms with queen beds. The upstairs master has a queen bed and a full bed. All 3 bathrooms have starter toiletries for your convenience. There is a twin size air mattress and Pack N Play in the downstairs bedroom closet as well.   
  
The home as an open floor plan perfect for families. The kitchen has a coffee maker with starter pods as well as everything you need to prepare meals.   
  
Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this lovely property offers WiFi, central heat and air, washer and dryer, and a grill out back for a small fee.   
  
The unit is near the main road 98N which has lots of restaurants and shopping. Paintball, ballparks and movies are all a short drive away.

The house is conveniently located. It was clean and comfortable. Yolanda was an excellent host. Communications were timely. Four of us seniors were on a golf trip and had a great time in the house. God willing we will be back next year.
