The Space: Fireplace is not for use, decoration only. A open game room/office area for your enjoyment. Covered patio in back yard is shared with the 2 story apartment. Guest Access: You have full access to the home as well as the shared covered patio space in the back. There is a big side yard to the right of the home that you may enjoy as well. The Neighborhood: This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants. 4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College. Getting Around: Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The famed Southgate Publix, Peking House Chinese, Five Guys Burgers all all within a block away. My husband says the smell hit him immediately upon entering. (He usually does not notice mild cases.) Within 5 minutes of our arrival, my throat started closing up due to my moderate to severe allergy to mold. I did NOT have my Epipen , but had to use Benadryl. We had asked this host to remove any air fresheners and make sure the A/C filter and grate were cleaned before our arrival because my 77 year old mother-in-law has severe asthma and is on oxygen, but we didn't expect a mold issue in this beautifully renovated old Craftsman. This host didn't care that my anaphalaxis and my mother-in-law's life or death issues meant we had no choice, but to leave. NO REFUND. I had to see my ENT and get a 426 medication to kill what I inhaled in that house. Since our new home was still not ready to be moved into, our family had to find lodging with 2 vehicles crammed with necessities, 2 dogs, and my mother-in-law's medical equipment after 5 p.m. on a a Saturday night. We have documentation and receipts for all of the above. In the end, we paid twice for almost a week of lodging. We told the host that we would have to leave a bad review if he couldn't work with us on some kind of refund to our ailing family budget. He didn't seem concerned and said that he would have the home tested for mold. For YOU and your FAMILY's sake, please consider asking for the results BEFORE you book. ##### Leslie H.
