This property sits on 2 acres in a beautiful and quiet subdivision. 1 bedroom 1 bath with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen including Keruig, traditional coffee maker, deep fryer, air fryer, crockpot, microwave, fridge with ice maker and water softener system. If we don't have it just ask. Lakeland is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando minutes from I-4 .We are located just minutes from Plant City and the Strawberry Festival. Close to Walmart, Publix, local gyms, golf courses, mall,movie theater and bowling alley. Our property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood on a dead end street perfect for doggy walks or some quiet solitude. The washing machine and dryer had soap and dryer sheets. The host go out of there way to make the apartment an easy place to relax after a long day of traveling. A nice front porch area to sit and relax in the shade and about an hour to Tampa for the beach days. Very friendly host/family, we are social people so we chatted a few different days but if you aren't that's good too, they can be very private as well. It is not located in downtown Lakeland, but it is in a very nice suburan neighborhood. Never once was I concerned about my safety. The apartment was clean and well maintained.
