Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place near Lakeland's Medical Row. Ideal for medical and corporate mid-term assignments, medical treatment visits, and Detroit Tigers Spring Training.Just 1.5 miles from downtown.  
  
The space  
The property is a unique, newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom house. It has all the privacy of a home with the affordability of an apartment. There are ample-sized Roku-powered smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. The bathroom features and raindrop and wand combo shower with bench and dimmable, anti-fogging vanity mirror. The dining room table is big enough to double as a work space. The kitchen is stock with all the necessary amenities and appliances. There is onsite private, extra-capacity washer and dryer appliances. The carport has a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment overlooking the large, tree-lined front yard.  
  
Guest access  
You will have access to the entire house yourself with exception of the nearby garage. Access to the home is provided by a smart lock, you'll be issued a pin and an option to use the app on your phone after booking. No need to worry about keys.

#### 3 months stay

The accommodation was comfortable but some areas were in need of a good clean the windows and a/c vents were dirty.the kitchen and wardrobes really need updating. Personally there was no garden to enjoy where we could sit in private and enjoy the wonderful florida sunshine. Angela from crown prefered realty was a star in sorting out a few issues we had when we first arrived. I:-e not enough cutlery, glasses and mugs even a vacuum cleaner she got us so a big thank you to angela for making our stay so much better.
