For four women over 30yo who came down to play in a flag football tournament, it was very comfortable. The only cons were as follows: There was lots of construction going on so it made it harder to find the street and turn on and off the block, but that's a temporary issue. Additionally, the home directly next door is dilapidated and there were some men walking around that property late at night, and it felt uncomfortable having them close enough to see in the windows.
