Retreat #6 is a charming two story ~1410 square foot LAKE HOME that includes 2 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms plus a large hobby room with a private entrance. The home as a large wrap around deck. This home is a short walk to the lake, marina and our 14 other homes in the highly desired Sugarloaf area of Lakehead. A perfect retreat to unwind, unplug, connect with nature and spend time with family and friends. It features two family rooms and is perfect for two families.

The top floor includes the main room with a 52" SmartTV for streaming your favorite apps and plenty of room to all get together. The kitchen is well stocked. The master bedroom features a king bed with its own bathroom.

- GREAT Truck/Boat Parking, bring your toys plenty of parking with wrap around gated driveway. No sleeper RVs.

- Short walk to the water and marina from the house. Check lake water level as Shasta is a reservoir. See our website on lake level.

- Seasonal Marina has boat slips, fuel and store. Boat Ramp near home.

*IMPORTANT: Check Lake Level on our website for info and photos or Contact us for latest status. Summer 2021 and 2022 Lake Level was lower than recent years. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake.
