The patio is not fenced to the street, nor divided between the two units, but each unit has its own separate and private outdoor seating and grilling area. Each seating/grilling area is not visible from each other. No boat and trailer parking on driveway. Maximum parking for 2 cars (1 in driveway and 1 in street) You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book. Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed. The apartment has everything you need and many things you don’t need but love to have….the rain shower is phenomenal. We looked forward to coming home from the beach and taking that long shower. The place has beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys so you’re all set to hang out at Lake Worth Beach which is a beautiful beach. If you’re not a beach person there’s plenty of other activities in the area. The kitchen also has everything you could possibly want should you choose to cook. We often made lunches to take to the beach which was convenient but there are places to buy lunch there. This is a great place to stay it’s very well decorated, comfortable beds, and well equipped. I waited until the last miute to book contacted Cecilia and she responded back very quickly and was very pleasant to work with. The house is decorated beautiful and very clean. The beds were soft and the waterfall shower head is a plus. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is right at the front door, which is really nice. The washer and dryer are are in a locked room in the carport and is shared with the other unit. This was not an issue for us at all. There is a nice, quaint sitting area outside with lighting. I had to work a few hours while I was there and the bar table in the livingroom with multiple outlets was perfect for me to use. The pictures they provide are exactly what you get. This house was super clean, and we’ll kept. It was perfect! It has everything we needed, even a larger cooler for travel. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water! My kids are 10 and 12 so they shared the guest bedroom, plenty of closet space and lots of lights/ plug-ins. They even have a few games to play! We rented a jeep and it was a perfect location to go to different towns and explore. Nice neighborhood where we went for nightly walks. Communication from the property manager was amazing. She kept in touch throughout our stay, and was friendly and kind. I do recommend this property for everyone! Lovely all around. We had a wonderful stay. ##### Amanda R. Had a really nice stay at this perfect house! Photos were all accurate. I was in town for work and just needed a clean and comfy place to sleep and shower in the AM. There’s one parking spot in the driveway and plenty of street parking. The master bedroom has a shared wall with an attached rental unit but I had zero issues with the other guests being there. My bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the living room setup. Kitchen has what you need although I wasn’t there to cook. Coffee and snacks were provided and my little nephew loved those! I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Only nitpick would be the only bathroom could use a quick touch up. Shower floor has peeling grips which doesn’t make any sense since the rest of the house is immaculate and well furnished. I had a delivery sent there during my stay and it arrived safe and sound. So I can’t spend the night at her place she can’t spend the night at my place but we wanted a romantic night to wake up from together and this place delivered I made dinner here with ample amount of space beds weren’t squeaky and the host was not only beautiful but gracious to help out whenever I had a question. The kitchen had everything you needed. Love the gas stove. I loved staying here. There is nothing that I could say to make my stay better.
