"I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space."

Main frustration is that the house doesn’t have many essentials, ie. salt and pepper and other basic things that are included in similar rentals. Publix is right down the street but you end up spending a lot of money on basics that you can’t take home when you’re flying. "We were never sent the code to access the house and couldn’t reach property manager or owner. We sat in driveway for over an hour trying to get code with VRBO which accounts for my poor rating. After that we had good communication with property manager. This was the second time of three VRBO stays that we had no code sent to us prior to getting to the house. Neighborhood was great and quiet!"

"This home is beautifully kept! I took a group of teens for a summer vacation and they loved this home. It’s near the community resort style pool and very convenient to grocery shopping and other restaurants. The pool was a bit warm so we text the host and they fixed it right away.
