Thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this spacious home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The open-plan living area features large sliding glass doors that open onto a generous deck, creating the perfect flow between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Whether you’re cozying up by the fireplace or enjoying a glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets behind the mountains, every moment here is designed to inspire.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Cherish the enchanting turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo, framed by the majestic Southern Alps. The pace here is relaxed, inviting you to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty at every turn. If you’re looking to explore further, renting a bicycle is a popular option, and there are well-marked pathways that provide spectacular views along the way. For those venturing beyond the immediate town center, driving is typically the most convenient method—especially if you plan to visit Mount John Observatory or other scenic spots around the region.
