This Lake Tahoe view duplex is an excellent choice for your action-packed vacation or a relaxing retreat.

Enter the home on the top floor and be charmed by the spacious great room. You'll enjoy high vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, modern furnishings, and a top-of-the-line custom kitchen, all while taking in the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the main balcony.

The second floor features three bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, double vanity, and a separate water closet with a bathtub/shower combo. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. For convenience, a stackable full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in an alcove in the shared bath. Both the primary suite and the second bedroom offer fabulous views facing the lake.

The third floor (ground level) is perfect for kids! It is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and a pool table, accommodating up to four children.

*Please note that this home shares a wall with the neighboring unit, which is currently a second home for a couple.*

Take advantage of the Tahoe Park HOA benefits during the summer months, which include private beach access and amenities such as volleyball, basketball, a play area, and BBQs on the shores of Lake Tahoe! Kids can also enjoy a thrilling sledding hill just steps from the home.

With stunning lake views and its proximity to Tahoe City, Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Granlibakken, and Sunnyside Resort, this Clearview rental has it all!
Please be aware that there is no air conditioning in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let in cooler air, then close them along with the blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

Great stay with great views

Great house with great views of the lake! It does get very hot in the summer, and like most Tahoe homes there is not central AC. The only downside with this home was that many of the windows open up at the bottom rather then from the top, which made us concerned about our dogs staying with us.

Beautiful duplex which is nicely upgraded. Ran into issues with the smoke alarms but the management team at Tahoe Mt Properties were highly professional and accommodating in their handling of the situation.

Great Property!!

This property had everything you could possibly need and more! Surrounded by mountains and a clear view of Lake Tahoe. Every evening we would sit outside and view the sunset until all the stars came out at night. Beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels etc. we absolutely loved our stay! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were, absolutely would recommend!

Lovely property in Tahoe. Very safe location with a view of the lake. The property was exactly as advertised. The highlight of the property was the barbecues on the balcony and pool in the games room.

We found the property to be just as described. It was clean and comfortable with pretty views of the lake and a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed using the private beach. Our only complaint was a missing screen in a living area window that would have provided a better cross breeze.

Very nice property in a great location in Tahoe City that provided easy access to everything we needed. The view of the lake from the deck was fantastic. Said view would be improved by adding an umbrella and updated patio furniture. Due to the eastern exposure the sun can blast the patio beginning at 6:30 am in the summer

This is the perfect place to stay if you want an incredible view and a peaceful getaway. We loved tahoe city and how it was more away from the big crowds but still had so many great restaurants close and beautiful scenery. Loved it!

Amazing place! Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful home near Tahoe City. The views are unparalleled. We could see the entire lake from most of the rooms in the house and it was just gorgeous. Access to the lakeside beach and club space was very special. We grilled out and enjoyed bocce. The home is centrally located to just about anything you'd like to do in Tahoe. The home itself is very well cared for and well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable. We appreciated all the little cozy spots to sit in the bedrooms when we had work to do. I just can't say enough good things about this home and hope to return to it again in the future.

Home in the pines with gorgeous lake views

Our family of six stayed here for a week. The location was wonderful as we love Tahoe City and the Sunnyside area. The house itself has everything you need for eating in. The furniture is comfortable, the beauty of the views from the deck can’t be overstated and it was a great base for our group. A couple things that might be helpful to know are the living area is on the top floor. The bedrooms are down a level and the pool room with trundle beds is the level below the bedrooms. The first morning we had several people trying to sleep in and they couldn’t due to the early risers moving around upstairs and construction on the adjoining unit. Construction is probably a short term issue but if you have people in your group looking to nap or sleep early, make sure the rest of your group will be mindful. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous View & Great Kitchen

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the view and the great kitchen as we cooked through the Thanksgiving holiday. The halfplex was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed from pots and pans to soaps and cleaning supplies. The location is nice and quiet but also close to the Paige Meadows trailhead - a perfect spot to work off the Thanksgiving meal!

Wonderful Property!

Clean, spacious home that absorbs people better than pictures indicate. Smoke kept us from enjoying the view but the location is great as having access to the HOA is really valuable. Highly recommend for one (or even two) families to share.

Extended weekend getaway

We wanted to stay in Tahoe for the weekend to escape the heat in Sacramento. The house had great views and was well furnished. It was one of the hottest weekends in Tahoe so bringing fans was important to keep cool as most houses do not have AC. We all enjoyed playing pool as well. The management company, Tahoe Mountain Properties, were awesome. We had a couple issues (both of which turned out to be working but I wasn't sure how to do it) and they were very responsive and sent someone out within a couple of hours to help. I would stay again.

Amazing views!

This place was amazing! The cabin is at the end of the road. Very private. Please note this does not have any garage. As soon as you walk in, the mud room is to your right. Another (glass) door leads you to enter the house. This I find very convenient for people who has dogs. The powder room is on the left and the dinning room is to the right. The dinning table is a beautiful! raw wood slab and very long. Our dinner party of 10 for Thanksgiving was able to fit comfortably. Our family loves to cook and eat and the kitchen here will not disappoint a chef! Well equipped with Jenn-Air appliances, and a well stocked pantry. Dinnerware for 10, everything you need to prepare a meal, they have it! The family room is large with a floor to ceiling fireplace and the view from the window is priceless!!! One floor down are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 has amazing views!!! They both have extra room with comfy lounge chairs to enjoy the view. I spent mornings here sipping coffee to watch the sunrise! It would be great to have extra detail to clean their windows on these rooms for better photos/videos guest will take. Also, it would be great if the windows opens reverse. The bottom window opens without any screen. It’s pretty unsafe to open the windows if you have kids. If the opening is on top, it would be a lot safer. The 3rd bedroom is very spacious with large walk in closet and a small window. Another floor down is the bonus room. It has a pool table, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. This sleeps another 4 people. A door leads you to the backyard, of course with amazing views!
