We enjoyed our stay specially the tub, it was relaxing. It's a quiet property so it's a plus. The room needs some work, it's out dated so some fixtures and areas are dirty and needed some touch up. stuffs are very nice and accommodating. Overall, we had fun and it was a nice stay

They really could make this place great. But even in the “renovated” rooms, they’ll slop huge white caulk lines along the corners of dark grey tile. Wood surfaces are chipped and banged up. Hallway carpet is not very clean. It feels like it’s always a couple years away from turning into a sleazy adult motel.

Hotel has a unique value proposition that other hotels do not have. This is a boutique all-suites hotel with in room 'jetted bathtubs'. They try to stay away from saying the name of the brand that is analogous to 'jetted bathtubs'. The hotel does not have on-site restaurant, but there are several dining options next door. Lake is a short walk away. Overall a great experience

You get what you pay for at this hotel. We were happy with bed but everything else needs help. Bathroom shower fixture was broken which caused the bathroom floor to be flooded. ADA room is cramped.

So this is a great location. Not too far from the strip in South Lake Tahoe. They have incredible bathrooms in some of the rooms... HOWEVER... the place maybe updated but it is done very poorly. It is clean... but not super clean. The door to the shower was not put on right... tiles were not put in correctly.. and there were on wall fixtures missing as well. Look it is a place to stay... I would put this at a three star total place.

We booked two days but had to leave after one. No fault of the hotel. The staff was great and accommodating. The room was clean and nice but needs remodeled, there were old mounts on the wall, while removed and patched, hadn't been repainted, also had parts of the wall were paint had worn thru from chairs and tables being against it. Water pressure for the in-room spa was really low and took a very long time to fill, close to a hour I think. Definitely not what we expected for the price.

Pros and Cons
First, the down sides. I did not find the mattress to be comfortable (kind of firm and springy). The bed and spa are a small step up from the rest of the room. That's fine, but they have a safety light so that people do not trip. Also there was another light in the room that I did not know how to turn off. I need darkness to sleep, so these things made it more difficult. Also I found the room to be quite noisy with machine sounds. I think the heating system, and maybe I was near a laundry? On the up side, it's a very reasonable price and the jacuzzi tub is nice. I also appreciated having a microwave, coffee, and small fridge in the room. I found it to be quite clean overall. The bedding was very clean, and the down comforter was luxurious and warm. It's close to Heavenly, the casinos, and restaurants and shops, so convenience is also good here.
