"Great location in Heavenl Village"
Enjoyed our stay. We loved the spacious, well-appointed room. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants, gondola, supermarket and Starbucks we wanted. We're not gamblers, but the casinos were 3 blocks away. 10% discount card was good at quite a few places -- nice! The staff (everyone!) was extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a car in Reno for about $400 dollars (plus gas, plus Valet parking @$29/ night). In retrospect we should have taken the shuttle for $53 per person round trip. Two minor "dings". You have to get your activity packet and discount card at the concierge desk where you get a hard sell for time share -- ughh. Also, the fake fireplace in the room is schmaltzy. Overall great experience. Same place next year.

"Nice hot tubs"
The hotel was very family friendly. I booked it for the convenience of the ski in ski out gondola. The mountain was closed for a day while we were there and it was a huge hassle getting to the California side. If the Nv side didn't close, we would of had more time to ski instead of driving all over Lake Tahoe for hours. The casinos and night life are all at the bottom of the mountain (about 10 min drive) BUT there is and amazing hot tub on the top of the eight floor with amazing views of the mountain (actually two). The bed was a sleep number bed and was disappointing and the pillow situation was unimpressive. The room came with 3 sinks, a fridge and a microwave. The room itself was ok and the whole hotel was so hot, oven like hot, uncomfortably hot. No one ever picked up the phone at the front desk and the spa had appointments, but at very inconvenient times. The coffee shop/deli had a very friendly man working and everything we ordered was delicious. this hotel was nice but, I would not stay here again.

"Convenient hotel next to Heavenly"
This is a budget hotel, conveniently located next to the Heavenly Gondola. The lack of elevators are balanced by the complementary breakfast.

"Great location, Friendly Staff"
Great location near Heavenly Village, friendly staff and there's always someone at the front desk it seems so not a problem checking in late like at many other places. Nice lounge in front with bar that may or may not be open/staffed at any given time. A solid three-star hotel with minimal services -- no restaurant and internet doesn't work in room, but you can take laptop down to the chill lounge. Dog-friendly great. Not sure if I will go back again, but it's a solid place to stay.
