I did not like that there was no microwave and had to call the front office and the parking was a little far away. I liked that it was really clean and that the food was good.

Carson Valley Inn is OK to stay. Casino is not
We have got deluxe king bed for 2 days. No slippers, no microwave, no bathrobe. Casino blackjack tables using the same decks over and over. They have 2 decks per tables. However, service people are friendly. Katie's restaurant is really good, reasonable prices, great service. CV is expensive, but service is good. I recomend to try it

Not the best stay
We were "greeted" at the front desk for check-in by Tyler, or as we called him Mr Personality. He never smiled, was very unpleasant and set a negative tone right from the start. If this is how Carson Valley Inn wants to wants its employees to represent them, they are in trouble. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were 1/2 the size of normal and the bathroom door squeaked very loud.

My Room was perfect. Ate at both restraunt’s downstairs and they were fantastic I also loved the coffee snack shop they made great hot chocolate and chili was awesome. Security staff was very helpful and had a great response when I had an issue and I felt comfortable gambling there at all hours. Best vacation during a holiday!

My family enjoyed the stay. Staff was helpful and responsive. The restaurant, Katie's, has a great menu and the servicec there is polite. The only little bump in our time there was the room's heater. It was temperamental and we needed to ask for help 3/4 nights of our stay.
