Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor with 2 queen beds and cable TV. The open loft on the third floor overlooks the living room and has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 & the loft share bathroom 2 on the ground floor, which has a step-in shower and hallway vanity with a single sink. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complex has a pier to the lake, pool, and hot tub. No air conditioning, like most of Tahoe, but there are plenty of fans in the unit to help stay cool. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Tara B. It was very convenient to Heavenly and town. The only compliant would be the heat was a little problematic. The bedrooms got really warm when the rest of the home was kind of chilly.
